When you use the contact form, the details you submit are used only to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry and reasonable follow-up. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in understanding and responding to ordinary business contact.
Use of the form is voluntary. Please do not include classified, sensitive or unnecessary personal data.
Hosting And Forms
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify provides website hosting and form handling infrastructure for the contact form. Contact submissions are routed so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Aggregate Analytics
The website uses Plausible for privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics. This helps understand broad page views, sources, device categories and high-signal public actions without advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, session replay or fingerprinting.
Form contents, names, email addresses, organisation names, scan answers, scores, customer identifiers and access-grant identifiers are not sent to Plausible.
Recipients And Transfers
Personal data may be processed by service providers needed to host the website, handle form submissions and deliver ordinary business communications. Where processing involves locations outside Belgium or the European Economic Area, it is handled through the relevant provider safeguards and contractual terms.
Retention
Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed for the enquiry and reasonable follow-up, and deleted from Netlify when no longer needed. Aggregate analytics are retained only as aggregate website statistics according to the configured analytics service settings.
